Naruto only have the Bijuu's KKG though.
He have the Bijuu's chakra he can't summon the full Bijuu's besides what's the point when he can just ask for their chakra?

A zetsu arm doesn't give you mokuton either though. You actually need his cells inside of you like Yamato, Sasuke(haven't shown mokuton) and Madara.

It wasn't a Zetsu arm, it was an arm made of Hashi's cells created based on Orochimaru's research, it's the same kind of arm Danzo had but more improved.

And even if the arm doesn't give Hashi's ability, RSM gives Naruto the ability to combine elements and adding on to that he has Ashura's chakra like Hashirama, therefore he should be able to use Mokuton.

He got the TSB from the Bijuu's chakra/KKG.
No it wasn't Danzo had Hashirama's cell's inside his arm be didn't have a new arm like Naruto does.
Just because Hashirama was Ashura's reincarnation doesn't mean that's how he got mokuton. He's the only reincarnate that have it it's his ability and his alone.
