I'm not to sure about Cabba, Frost,Gohan and Piccolo being stronger than fat buu though.

At the end of DBZ SSJ and SJJ2 gohan was weaker than fat buu, So his current even weaker state should be weaker than fat buu. From a quick watching of the Z fighters fighting Frieza's goons in the anime, it seems gohan is still stronger than piccolo when he goes SSJ, Thus i believe these two to be weaker than fat buu still.

I'm not to sure of Cabba, Frost and botamo but i would put buu above botamo since his strength/speed feats are lacking he only really seemed tanky but buu can get around that by just turning him to chocolate and eating him

Even if Buu is currently stronger than Gohan, base Goku is clearly much stronger than Buu. Frost and Cabba were stronger than base Goku/Vegeta, so they should be stronger than Buu. Neither Buu nor Botamo can kill each other, so the only way Buu can win is if Botamo can't send the candy bean to another dimension like he does with other attacks.

Zarama is the God of Dragons, and he is implied to be nigh-omnipotent. I didn't include the other Gods of Destruction and their attendants since we haven't seen them.

That's the problem, DBS power levels are all over the place.

If Goku was able to fight final form frieza after his training, Yet this is the same goku who actually went SJJ for frost, Piccolo who hasn't received such a massive power boost should of been nothing but fodder in front of frosts final form. Yet in the anime, his speical beam cannon would of defeated frost, By frosts own admission and in the manga he was able to fight frost to the point it caused his stamina to drop and forced him to use poison to Finnish the match.

Base Goku should of negged final form frost , SSJ was completely overkill if we take his battle with frieza into the equation.

Zeno is the King of Everything, so he's basically the supreme deity of DB. Zarama was implied to be nigh-omnipotent, so he should be above Gods of Destruction and maybe their attendants.
