I don 't follow it but heard something about the author having back problems. I think he will finish it through anime only by telling them how the story continues

Same, I haven't picked up the series since his first hiatus , but Mangaka often have health problems, they often over work themselves. Oda only gets 4 hours of sleep, Kishimoto has nightmares of being chased by his editor. it ain't easy
