With that being said, people do agree that Sasuke learned these moves from other rinnegan users, yet when I say that he can't use anybody else's technique that he hasn't created/copy then the whole base goes into an uproar about how this theory does this so no one should say otherwise because they feel like it's right. No one has one single stand on how sasuke rinnegan or any other rinnegan should be, which I find ironic.
We say stuff like he didn't have enough time or lack of experience but you're talking about a guy who mastered the use of his mangekyo sharingan in like a day or two. He even said he got use to his rinnegan here...

So is it a lie that Sasuke created or copy his own set rinnegan techniques? No, it's because it's what the rinnegan can do and that is what Indra himself does. He created ninjutsu after all.

So most of what I'm reading in regards to the rinnegan is very contradicting and I'm yet to see what people really believe how this works, but I feel like I'm just heading towards troll responses like alternative account fallacies. I'm confused are you saying he can't use the 6 Path techniques ? If so then you're wrong, he can use them but couldn't use all of them against Naruto because his eye was still new. He required practice and understanding of his abilities just like when he awakened MS.

He managed to use 3 Path techniques in VoTE 2 because he witnessed Madara using those feats during the War Arc, because the Sharingan can memorize and copy jutsu.

He didn't invent any jutsu in that fight, but he used the Sage's ability to shape form out of his imagination in order to create bijuu Susano'o. And he can use Kaguya's ability because his Rinnegan partially evolved into a RinneSharingan.

Furthermore, he used Outer Path with Susanoo because he's known to improvise when using copy technique like when he improvised on Lee's taijutsu.

Every jutsu sasuke uses with the rinnegan is a six path jutsu, and my thread already covered this. He just said that he is able to control the rinnegan now. The kyuubi said that his new rinnegan can't absorb and attack at the same time, that's it.
And Sasuke never practice practice to understand his ability, he was thrown into a fight with a perfect jinchuuriki and a bunch of kages and he used his MS jutsus immediately. He didn't train for several days or weeks just to use his MS.

I already said that he used all the jutsus he copied. chibaku tensei, rinnegan absorption, and the counterfeit outerpath.

Well for one, to create a form from nothing is the able to create. That different looking susanoo is something he created.
Lastly, he didn't use COAT if that's what you are implying. To use COAT you need to use mental (spirit) energy to make an image out of nothing like the sage did the nine bijuus then give them life to breathe, talk, and move with a conscious.
Inventing a new version of susanoo isn't COAT if his regular susanoo already existed in the first place. COAT creates life out of your imagination. Sasuke didn't imagine Susanoo, it's existed long before his time.

1. Nagato isn't alive to show him
2. It's not something rinnegan users internally know
