Maybe....Itachi used to train in forests with Shisui if i remember correctly.......I am not denying that the forest may have been a part of Uchiha colony initially....i am saying that a land that was secluded for a clan doesn't belong to a single person...it is the property of the village and not Sasuke's....for example in Konoha each clan was given a definite part of the village to build their colony...the clans made their residences...so now the houses belong to the family living there but if a part of land is supposed to be used by the community it is not a personal property

I've notice in the Boruto movie Sakura lives in an apartment building. Sasuke had his owned forest in the movie as well. In the manga, they had at least two houses. One Sakura broke, and one they were staying when Sasuke got back. Sasuke owns that tower as well.

The Nara don't own that forest though, they formed a relation with the inhabitants and now they only allow Nara clan members in it safely but there was never any indication they owned the land. You all seem to forget Konoha is just a part of the land of fire, the Daiymo of the Land of Fire is the one who owns all that land, well the office not the actual person.
