An early look at the June issue of Nakayoshi, out in Japan on April 30th, has revealed that the new project celebrating the 20th anniversary of CLAMP's Cardcaptor Sakura magic girl series will be a manga, debuting in the shoujo magazine's July issue on June 3rd. The series reintroduces Sakura Kinomoto in her first year of junior high school, launched into a mysterious new affair by a strange dream.
Personal thoughts: Personally, I loved the anime when I was a child and absolutely adoring the cute interaction between Syaoran and Sakura at the time and watching how they faced the many card creatures whilst Sakura adapted to her newfound powers, so being given the opportunity to see how they now tackle high school life while facing a new series of magical adversaries will be quite interesting to see as a now-adult me. ^^
