(Suiton: Suiryū Kōbaku ) - Water Release: Water Dragon Biting Explosion

Description: The user will clap his hands and slam them on the ground, streaming an incredibly rapid stream of water through it, creating a large pool of water beneath the opponent to form, that gushes upwards in a burst, lifting the opponent high into the air. The user does the Bird → Dog → Snake → Rat hand seals after his opponent is mid air, using the water pool to shoot up to 8 small water bullets, designed to further raise the opponent into the air, disorient him and damage him. The water bullets gather above the opponent after hitting and passing through his position and form into a water dragon which then attacks the target, grabbing it in its jaws and forcefully bringing it crashing into the ground. The dragon comes down from above the target, bites the target and coils down, towards the ground, crushing the target between the ground and the now incredible mass of falling water. Tobirama Senju does this technique with his own specific hand seals, similar to how he does some other water techniques. Despite long and seemingly complex, the technique is quite fast to perform and trigger.

This is the 2nd Hokage special jutsu in the Naruto games. This jutsu is great for throwing people off and have them crashing them into the ground. You are gonna need to be a water specialist to use this so either use water as your first or second affinity. just know this jutsu takes long to complete so your opponent could probably get out of the jutsu before.

Description:
After doing the Tiger hand seal, the user will quickly exhale a very thin stream of pressurized water that will be able to cut even rock. The most noteworthy feature of the technique is how fast the stream is and how sharp it can be. By moving his head, the user can alter the jet's cutting path, creating longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

This jutsu is the jutsu uses against Madara and in one of the openings. This jutsu is great for doing blunt damage onto the opponent and can even cut rock. This is a fueling jutsu so if you try and do another jutsu than you are gonna have to stop using this to do that second jutsu. You can also choose between to a single focused beam or alter the path to create longer cuts or affecting bigger targets.

As my specialties are lightning and Earth I can't use the first jutsu. From what you have said it's benefit is heavy famage and disorientation. It's down fall is the fact that it takes awhile to fully finish granting the opponent ample time to escape.

After his brief explanation would inhale and weave the tiger seal quickly exhaling a jet of water at a nearby window completely shattering it.

This has a few advantages the first being how quickly it can be used. The second is the amount of cutting power one can achieve with this then you combine it with the your maneuverability and you have a winner. Biggest down fall to this that it creates a stream of water leading directly back to you meaning raiton users such as myself can exploit.

Description: The user inhales and molds a great amount of chakra into their chest, exhaling a very large quantity of water in the form of a powerful torrent towards their intended target. The stream of water is so powerful and concentrated it can rip through most obstacles in its path. The stream itself contains so much concentrated water that it can flood medium to large sized depressions of the battle field in relatively short amounts of time.

This jutsu was used by Gambunta against the 1 tails in that Naruto vs Gaara fight. You release a large torrent of water from your mouth to blast my clone. After you muse this jutsu it leaves a medium to large water source you can use to use other water jutsus so if you want you could use this to open a battle so that you have water to use later on.

( Suiton: Suijinchū ) - Water Release: Water Encampment Pillar

Description: A defensive technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into water, and then expelled from the mouth in a dense torrent, effectively creating a near instantaneous barricade that can be used to intercept incoming attacks.

And last one which is basically making a near instant wall of water that you release from your mouth to protect you. Its a great and fast defensive jutsu which can be used against almost every fire jutsu unless that come from multiple above and such which would require you to look up and use it but than your front would be exposed.

Keji creates a clone who then dashes to the opposite side of the field. They both nod at each other and with that the clone inhales and exhales a large torrent of water at Keji. In response, Keji expels a dense torrent of water out of his mouth effectively creating a wall of water neutralizing his clones technique.

Advantages for these techniques are pretty similar yet opposite. The first is basically the ultimate suiton attack while the second is the ultimate suiton defense. The first is strong enough to blast through almost anything and the second can stop almost anything.

As for weaknesses go they seem to only be its vulnerability to its elemental weakness which would be earth style, though lightning style jutsu would be able to trace itself back to you.
