Well I would say that Hinata did the rasing for a significant time, I come to that conclusion based on Boruto's protest of Barutos absence.

Yep and she did a good job raising two children and Boruto only became the way he did in Boruto movie to gain his father's attention, other that that he's good kid and loves her family dearly.
