We didn't see almost half of the six Paths, his left eye's main power is just like a normal mangekyo sharingan,,, overall power was so weak. I assumed he has two different mangekyos and one pathetic rinnegan' Path.

Sasuke's Genjutsu is fused with outer path allowing him to completely control his victims even to point of draining them of all their chakra.
His cqc is so good that he could fight equally with RSM Naruto
He possesses a jutsu similar to FTG
His EMS actually Rikudou enhanced and works as a set with his Rinnegan to do who knows what besides searching through and traveling through Kaguya's dimensions.

According the book that was released with the Boruto movie, Sasuke's true power is on par with Naruto so Kishimoto confirmed Naruto=Sasuke
