Konan is not a contender, people are just picking her because she's the "cooler" character; totally childish and illogical. Tsunade would probably nab the final spot for her medical knowledge and the complex techniques she was able to create off the back of that knowledge.

All Konan ever did of note was work out that Tobi's technique had a time limit; but she was around him plenty long enough to see that.

I disagree about Temari, but I agree with the rest.
