Sasuke's precog and speed should be enough to beat them. I'm assuming you're trying to have sasuke get close in with a chidori, have tsunade seal tank it and follow up with a 1hit ko strategy. Sasuke could easily react to that and possibly even bind them with his snakes.

Sasuke has full intel so he isn't going to jab them with chidori. He'll instead bisect them with chidori sharpspear which they can't dodge due to Sasuke's superior speed and the massive difference in striking range.

A byakogou enhanced Mei would have a massive range and chakra advantage. With Tsunade or Sakura's chakra reserves, she'd destroy him.

It's funny just how skilled Sasuke is that the two strongest female characters get trolled. This match up is like Akame VS two Leons.

By portrayal tho i think kishi would have tsunade and co edge out a extr high diff win against him , assuming sasuke would have manga intel tho.

Tsunade is hyped as a elite evader and preaches evasion , deidara was able to react to a shunshin blitz from sasuke twice and i see reason why deidara would have better reaction than tsunade and war arc sakura especially since tsunade is hyped as having superior taijutsu skill to oro and oro>>hebi sasuke in tajutsu. Tsunades feats against madara were also noteworthy testament to her skill in the field , with sakura by her side she can effectively counter any run nd dash swing tactics from sasuke and catch him off-guard by quicky attacking the ground at his feet by casually steping on it while his sharingan is focused on their upper body then demolish him.
