Why does Sasuke make no effort to regain his arm?

We knows its not because there's no way for him to get a new arm because he definitely can. If Obito can recover from getting the left entirety of his body from getting SEMI-crushed by a boulder, than Sasuke can get a new arm. I know Orochimaru would have no problems helping Sasuke get a new arm. He's made several Mitsuki bodies, making an arm for Sasuke would be EZPZ. (Whether that be through natural or questionable means)

Maybe Sasuke wants to keep his battle scar as some sort of mental reminder of his fight between him and Naruto, idk. What do yall think?

Side note: When you think about it, Adult Sasuke with two arms would be stronger than Adult Sasuke with one arm. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

Those are zetsu arms bro. They arent as strong as hashirama in the slightest and you wont get mokuton from it.
