Indeed. Even sensors can't detect it. It also comes with its own jutsu like Hirudora. Some farts are meant to make poisonous shrouds with such a large AoE that you can't escape and you choke. There's one called 'Late Night Skunk' that's so offensive to your nose that you pass out. Some are just used for their force. One interestingly enough is called the 'Corrosive swarm' that has almost acidic properties that dissolve the opponent.
