I believe that Mitsuki is above all the other kids in the village at this current point.

Maybe his only rival so to speak is Boruto, but Boruto doesn't even know he has powers and in this case if Mitsuki wants to kill him he can do it with zero effort atm.

He sprouted a friggin horn. Tsuki are modeled after Ogres, and that form looks very similar to Toneri's in a way.
