Just let things pan out first. We have no idea what will happen, and Mitsuki has no proper control of that power yet. By the time he does, who says Sarada doesn't awaken her 3T/MS by then? Or Boruto gets faster and stronger in base to keep up with him thanks to training with Sauske?

Okay, i just finished reading the new one shot and I'm speechless. Not that it was amazing (it's ok, def better than gaiden) but because oro jeener's son got a huge powerup. How is salad and Boruto going to catch up to him now? Mitsuki would solo them at the same time. That's supposed to be boruto's job cos he's sasuke's student....

Boruto is already born with obviously (scars) jinchiuriki, sage and rikuudo genes. He just doesn't know his potential yet and from how it looks he will discover his potential much like his father rather than like Mitsuki who apparently activated a full Sage Mode in less than 2 seconds.

+ Sarada fodder this alone defeats Mitsuki because when did you see a talent waste time with a fodder ? Exactly Fodders always win.

Bruh if Oro said Mitsuki will surpass him, and Sasuke said Boruto will surpass Naruto, do you honestly think that I'm grasping at straws when I'm defending that whole 'who will catch up to who' nonsense?

Mind you that Boruto actually learned an S-Rank difficulty move by himself, without being genetically altered. And Sarada learned to match Sakura's Chunin level strength before becoming a Genin.

Meaning he had the potential from the very start, while other characters have to find their powers through help, or self sacrifice. Mitsuki has a giant leap thanks to Orochimaru, while the other kids have to train hard and grow.

It will take a long time to reach that point since the Manga is monthly and the first chapter has nothing to do with a continuation from the Movie, but actually starts retelling the Movie. However anyone who thinks they don't have enough potential for Kishimoto to BS them like early SM then they are joking.

Itachi had MS at 12 so he can easily wank Sarada too, and I'm not worried about Boruto since he's the first kid to ever own an S-Rank at his age unconsciously. U_U

Sarada and Boruto are MCs, neither of them will have the strongest power-up at the start of the plot otherwise there would be no room for character development.

The same thing happened with their parents where you had guys like Neji and Gaara that were way above them but eventually got made into looking average, Mitsuki will eventually be surpassed by the children of god tier shinobi.

Boruto is a prodigy like Sasuke while Sarada is the underdog like Naruto but both of them have lacked a teacher like Oro to give them strong abilities at a new age which is why Mitsuki is currently ahead, it has nothing to do with him having the most potential.

Its clear as day that both Boruto & Sarada have untapped power or will devolpe ability that can challenge Mitsuki's own abilities. Based on the feats of theirs you've already noted of course but a lot of people on the base have one-track minds so don't bother sharing your creditable logic.
