BZ isn't Kaguya's child, he's just the materialization of her will made with Yin-Yang release, basically a chakra rod with a conscious. WZ used to be humans and were turned into creatures made of Mokuton. BZ attaches himself to WZ so he can travel across countries and keep an eye on shinobi simultaneously.
