"It blows my freakin mind that somebody as corrupt, war mongering, oligarchical and shady as Clinton could win NY. She refuses to release her speeches. She is being investigated by the FBI. And people still voted for her. This just shows that Democrats are just as STUPID as Republicans." - random comment

If you voted for her because she is a woman... well that is nice and all...But do you realize that she will be the first and last female President! I have nothing against women.. Just don't pick this woman! If It was Elizabeth Warren, I would vote my soul to her!

But seriously.....

Why are people voting for Hillary when she ain't consistent like Bernie Sanders?

Same reason we still live with capitalism and chronic war.

Everyone buys the narrative being pumped out by the 1 percenters.

I mean I didn't vote for Hillary, but I can understand people not opting for Bernie. His consistent message is also the same message over and over again and if it doesn't resonate with you the first time he says it, it never will. Also, people could be afraid of having four years of the government just shutting down every New Years'.

That last sentence should be attributed to the Republicans...

Sure, but we're talking about the primaries and why Democrats would vote for Hillary and not Bernie. Bernie's far less likely to get along with the Republicans than Hillary. Some Democrats, even though they don't like the Republicans, also felt that Obama's leadership was either too divisive or too weak.

Honestly... I see Bernie more as a leader of a revolutionary movement.. Not as the President of the USA.

I just don't trust Hillary at all!

Yeah but I don't put too much stock in any election flubs; every election cycle is a bunch of disasters

This is possibly the worst 'election flub' in the Twenty-First Century. In fact, it may not even be a flub, but a 'Job', as this rivals the 1890s elections where ballot stuffing, censoring, threatening, and bribing were commonplace. See, all this can't be done anymore, but were a large chunk of registered voters not able to vote based on a technicality, that is more than just a flub.

I'm afraid the fear of Socialism is still prevalent in the American psyche that's why many still choose Clinton over Sanders despite the former's email shenanigans.

You're underestimating how behind the voter registration technology is XD
