Assuming he's fully rested and post Danzo fight then he should beat everyone on the lit other than maybe Garra and that's location dependant

Gaara definitely beats him and to me ohnoki would beat him too.. amaterasu is good and all but ohnoki can fly up in the air out of it's range or even on land can utilize earth style to block sasuke's line of sight. he can use clones too like he did against mu so a lot of options. and sasuke has nothing on jinton... all he needs time for is charge a jinton and then it's over... Ay on the other hand loses high diff for me... sasuke cannot prolong any of these battles so Ay will give a tough time too if he plays it smart rather than reckless...

Location is set on what seems to be a concrete bridge with water underneath. Gaara can make sand from the outside area, but he can't attack from below Sasuke's feet.

Okay i see, i was assuming you were talking about the one where many people assume that Gaara would only be limited to the sand in his gourd. Which is entirely false.

Gaara can't pull Sasuke out of Susanoo regardless of whether it's a desert location or not, he just hovers in his Susanoo

If Sasuke's using V3 Susanoo and under Gaara shouldn't have much trouble binding it's arms like Madara's and fishing him out with Sand from underneath. Assuming he distracts him with sand drizzle or sand tsunami.

But V4 makes this go either way imo.
Edit: missed the fact that it's Danzo fight Sasuke. I see Gaara winning this more times than not. Unless Sasuke sets up Kirin by flying on his hawk. Which may or may not be faster than Deidaras clay bird, it's ooc anyways.
