That's not how it works.

Each of the Jin had a Rinnegan because they were literally receiving Obito's Rikudou Chakra that was a part of his Rinnegan.

I still can't believe that Obito could do this yet Madara couldn't just recreate his own Rinnegan after giving it to Nagato.

What ? Obito never recreated a Rinnegan, he was using Madara's.

And Madara couldn't recreate a Rinnegan because you need a transmigrant's eyes to unlock Hagoromo's dojutsu. Indra's eyes are what evolve into the Rinnegan, it's why Obito's Sharingan didn't evolve when JJ Madara stole it from Kakashi.

Being taught jutsu can also mean he was given knowledge on how the Rinnegan works, he didn't necessarily practice Rikudou feats because that would be impossible.

Rinnegan is just a tool and it's usage is depend on the user's skill and knowlegde.
