Taijutsu, the do-it-yourself of Ninja combat. Fireballs too slow? Earth Spikes too impersonal? We got you covered. Punches, kicks, bites, even Indian burns, we got it all.

Taijutsu is you, your fist, and your target's face. In real life it takes decades to learn to do well, here it just takes a keyboard and an IQ over 50. Forrest Gump could do this.

Okay, maybe he couldn't, but it's really not that hard, but those are just my thoughts. Tell me yours. What do you think Taijutsu is?

Lol I see :)

Taijutsu is the most basic form of techniques and refers to any techniques involving the martial arts or of any other human abilities. It is executed by directly accessing the user's physical and mental energies, relying on the stamina and strength gained through training. It usually does not require chakra, though chakra may be used to enhance its techniques like Sakura does. Taijutsu generally requires no hand seals to perform, occasionally making use of certain stances or poses, and are far quicker to use than ninjutsu or genjutsu. Taijutsu is simply put: hand-to-hand combat, and it is more effective than ninjutsu and genjutsu in certain situations, for example against Madara Uchiha under the influence of juubi chakra.

That is true, except you won't be fighting Madara Uchiha under the influence of Juubi chakra... what you will be fighting is people who will throw a metric shit-ton of S-ranked techniques after you. Nowhere is safe; not above you, not beneath you, not behind you and most definitely not in front of you. We all talk about fighting tactically, but at the end of the day you have a lot of people who want to flex their Ninjutsu muscles.
That's where Taijutsu comes in. unless you're trying to combat another technique rank is not essential in Taijutsu. Whether you crack your opponent's skull with a C-rank or an S-rank makes no difference to the skull. So long as you crack it, you're good.
But yes, the straightforward advantage of Taijutsu is that it requires no chakra dn no handseals, meaning that you can perform it simultaneously with some Ninjutsu techniques. That's where your imagination comes in.

Now, techniques are all fine and dandy in Taijutsu (they're actually really important but bear with me)... still, what really makes or breaks you is your ability to describe your execution of said technique. There is an element of freeform in every usage of every Tai technique. You adapt to suit the situation; you don't throw a punch at your opponent's gut if you're both up to your necks in water.

...SO, just respond to this move as you would any other Tai attack. Stick to Tai, though.

*Hawke charges towards his enemy, right fist raised threateningly in a feint. As he gets within range, however, the Inuzuka drops to a low stance mid-stride and outstretches his right leg, performing a quick and sweeping counter-clockwise kick that should connect with his opponent's shin and break his stance.*

No, I would like for you to counter that as if you were in a fight.
Very well.

As sensei begins the a counter clockwise sweep, I quickly jump with both feet, where both my heels touch my back side while knees are pointed downwards. After you miss sweeping me, I land back down with my fist all tightened up, punching the right side of the abdomen (as you performed a counter clockwise sweep, you right side is wide open for attack). As the punch is done you are forced onto the ground.

Nice. Taijutsu is all about keeping track of yourself and your opponent. Really consider how you describe your character's movements without confusing yourself with too much meaningless text. Prioritize.
Also, be very careful with jumping. Any Taijutsu user with some experience would pick you out of the air in the next move. You can't dodge in mid-air, all you can do is block and that'll cost you.
So, let's start from scratch. D-ranked list. Lots of standard moves like punches, kicks, even slaps. Read the techniques and pick out a couple of favorites, then explain their appeal to me.

Yes sir!

(Dainamikku Entori) - Dynamic Entry
Rank: D
Type:Attack
Range:Short
Chakra Cost:N/A
Damage Points:20
Description:A taijutsu attack were the user does a jumping kick into the opponents face.

Seen used by guy and rocklee, its a jumping kick to the users face >_>

(Konoha Reppū) - Leaf Gale
Rank: D
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points:20
Description: This technique is a good example of how even simple taijutsu can become a pre-eminently destructive, lethal technique. The attack is a simple rear spinning low kick, but a strong enough user can send a large adult flying as if they weighed nothing. The goal is to throw the enemy off balance, and deal damage to the lower half of their body.

Used by rock lee against Sasuke, the user spins will going down and attacks with the rear of their legs. just like how you attempted earlier.

(Fōringu Hōyō) Falling Embrace
Rank: D
Type: Offensive
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 20
Description: The user runs at the enemy and tackles them, slamming them into the earth.

seen in american football / rugby <_>, the user tackles the opponent and slams them down.

all pretty straightforward and basic tbh

Exactly. These are the very basics, but remember what I said about rank meaning less when it comes to a punch in the face? These techniques cost no chakra and if they connect they will damage your opponent, sometimes severely. They are also open for interpretation in the sense that you can incorporate them into different situations.
Straightforward is good. Basic is good. Remember that.

Try using the Leaf Gale. I'd like to see how you describe it/use it in general.

Yeah :)
Noted.

yes sir!

Upon being instructed to do so, I run towards the opponent, and quickly bend down my right leg as far as my back of the thigh touches the back of the shin, with my head still upstraight, I extend my left leg and quickly perform a spin with power in order to hit the back of the opponent and catch him off balance and off guard, thus tripping him with his head hitting the ground falling backwards.

Alright, that concludes the D-ranks.
Moving on; C-ranks. A larger list, for certain. Once again I'd like to ask you if you have any favorites and why.

(Konoha Shōfū) – Leaf Rising Wind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: This technique uses the entire body as a spring, by amassing power through taking a posture where the back of the body falls down. With this powerful taijutsu, the user kicks just above the head. Because the power of the kick from the ground is instantly converted into a blow, the enemy hit with this attack will be launched high into the sky.

Known RockuLee technique, the user puts his back close to the ground with his palms supporting the body weight and the legs bent to the knees and is extended with great force above the head sending the opponent to the skies.

(Asshō) - Pressure Palm
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 30
Description: The user strikes their opponent with a downwards thrust striking them to the floor.

straightforward, adownwards thrust withgreat force to down the opponent

(Kage Buyō) - Shadow of the Dancing Leaf
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 5
Description: A technique where one follows the opponent, closely matching his or her body's movement, just like a leaf that dances in the air is followed by its shadow. The technique is usually preceded by a swift upper kick that will launch the target into the air. It is mainly used to position an opponent into a vulnerable aerial position. This move by itself is harmless, but it is usable as a stepping stone for a great many powerful techniques like Front Lotus and the Lion Combo. That said, it also has a rather high degree of difficulty.

First mimic the opponents movements and then kick swiftly taking the opponent by surprise launching him/her to the air, making him/her vulnerable for the front lotus and Lion Combo

(Konoha Daisenpū) - Leaf Great Whirlwind
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: This technique is a series of kicking attacks, starting from a low kick and linking into a middle kick and high kick then finishing off with a heel drop. As the rotation speed picks up the user gains buoyancy, which they use to shift into gradually higher attacks.

A series of spinning low kicks by bending the body forwards and then spinning mid kick while spinning upwards continuously leading to a face kick and then finishing it off with a heel kick up from above, pretty graceful, fluent and continuous technique

(Shishi Rendan) - Lions Barrage
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: A variant technique of the Front Lotus, It is an ultra-fast combo attack that requires an advanced physical condition and a certain knack for it. The opponent is first kicked into the air and shadowed with the Shadow of the Dancing Leaf. Upon inflicting a blow, one takes advantage of said opponent's counterattack to spin around and rise again for further assaults. Since the fall is increased in velocity with each blow, the damage when one is eventually struck to the ground is inconceivable. All variations end with the opponent being thrown to the ground and kicked in the chest.

Just like front lotus, but instead her the user keeps kicking from mid air to the ground continuously making each kick more powerful as force keeps increasing as speed increase as we fall.

(Suiken) - Drunken Fist
Rank: C
Type: Attack
Range: Short
Chakra Cost: N/A
Damage Points: 30
Description: This unusual taijutsu style is a unique style of combat Drunken Fist Fighters become human powerhouses who'll strike unpredictability, with no inhibitions, an explosive fury and without any second thoughts about their actions. The user can either make themselves drunk or imitate the method by use of swaying and uneven balance on their feet to attack their opponents a total of 12 variant attacks.

12 attacks after drinking sake :bdpf: totally unpredictable and deadly

everything else is too straightforward mate

Straightforward is not necessarily bad. Suiken, for example is extremely good for just making 'freeform,' but ranked, attacks. You will never get to do the whole combo, though. Lion's barrage is interesting though; the concept of forcing/kicking your opponent into the air is cool because doing so would make it a lot harder for him to dodge your next move, bet it Nin or Tai.
Perform it for me, would you?

Sure :)

I quickly run towards the opponent, kicking them with an upwards thrust with my left leg bent, and my right leg extended for the kick, as the opponent is mid air, I quickly jump with extra force o a to reach a higher height and start making heeled kicks one after the other which is more powerful with each of them being performed, due to acceleration of gravity, with the final blow being the deadliest smashed the opponent into the ground.

Good, B-ranks then. Pick out a favorite, tell me why it's your favorite and then perform it.
(Kōsa Hō) – Intersection method
Rank: B
Type: Defence
Range: Short
Chakra cost: N/A
Damage points: 40
Description: With this jutsu, the user is able to intercept and counter an oncoming taijutsu technique by raising the knee, and driving the elbow downwards at the same time. This catches the attacking limb between his two limbs, and drives the elbow down with great force, effectively shattering the bone.

Fav because it allows you to counter other tai moves,

I intercept the direct attack made by target, by raising my knee and bending it along with my elbow, forward and then downwards, this allows mr to catch the two limbs of the opponent and hence, when driven down, when the limb is between, I mangage to break a bone.
