Logically speaking a BIG WTF!!! Why is his voice THAT high?? Like isn't he a grown man!! Isn't' he an adult?!? Why did they choose that voice for an adult? Like wtf japan? His voice is just tooooo high!!kid Gohan's eng dub voice is way better and suits an adult voice more than goku's jap voice!

What are they thinking? Why did they ruin the character with that ugly voice? Thats the reason im not watching dragon ball super right now!

This is a big problem and a stupid one! The funny thing is that adult gohan has the SAME EXACT VOICE TOO -________-

I made a thread exactly like this the 1st time I watched a super episode. Up until that point I had always seen the dubbed version, you know, the one where Goku actually sounds like a grown man. After a while you just learn to ignore it.

The only DB Super's voice actor I can't stand is the VA for King Kai (and the announcer for the series). He has virtually no effort to his emotional script. Watch the moments where King Kai freaks out or gets angry, then listen to the voice. It sounds incredibly dull, as if the VA is bored.

People that think the dub is better then the sub are just grown up with the dub not knowing better.. like i was too, and i had to get used to the sub too but now recently i've watched dragonball (which i had never seen before, which is why i watched it) followed by dbz and dbs (already watched dbs till after freeza, but started from scratch to continue from db till dbs), all in japanese.
Now i absolutely can't stand the american rape of the series with american christian politically correct changes etc. like with every anime the american version is just pure rape, the only thing better in the american version are vegeta's one-liners, though it might be the fault of the sub translators. And perhaps vegeta's piano music, but that's only in basically 2 moments which i have watched countless of time in english dub on youtube right before starting to watch everything again in japanese (those moments are when vegeta first turned ssj and when vegeta attacks cell after which gohan can finish him).

Can you provide some examples of differences? If it's actually that drastic I might actually go back and watch some of this series in Japanese XD

To be fair he is very old and I think is ill. I think they let him have a few scenes out of respect for him.
