Just like ninja has chakra doesnt mean they know all jutsu and able to perform it. Or Sakura knows much about genjutsu but doent mean she is an expert Gejutsu caster....

Rinnegan is just a tool and it's usage is depend on the user's skill and knowlegde.

While I don't agree with the fact that Sasuke didn't have all Six Paths techniques (The Basics), I do agree with the overall message of the the thread.

Up until this day there are no single update on why/how Edo Jinchuriki wearing rinnegan but since they are similiar case to Pain and the fact that Hashirama gave Sasuke "power" and then Kabuto also got involved after Sasuke's "death" (or on the verge of death)
