Misconception, Sasuke does not have all rinnegan tech/jutsu

-Had no influence on how much he could do with it.
-It's never been stated that the Rinnegan function the same way MS' do.

Sasuke's Rinnegan is not his. It's Hagoromos

There wouldn't be an argument from me if it wasn't for the fact that Nagato outright stating that those who have the Rinnegan can perform all of the Six Path Jutsu. Unless another scan is made to say otherwise, then it's going stay that way.

While Sasuke after power up from Hagoromo. But his Rinnegan is special bcus of Reason. It closely resemble Rinn Sharingan but with less Tomoe.

The most powerful Rinn Tech is Deva Path hence Madara need his other Rinnegan to used it where Sasuke need only single Rinnegan to executed it.

Its not about left side or right side of eyes but the true power/potential of that eyes where normal Rinnegan need both but Sasuke never need it.

He did not "give him his Rinnegan," he gave him the chakra which awakened his Rinnegan natural as Madara's was, albeit more focused.

With swaping skill is known for it's cds way before so when he used it, he can not use it again in temporary, so you guys can not use it to prove as it was nerf.
