Impossible because Gentle Fist can't get through bone armor, similar to how it can't get through Gold Armor. Kimimaro would destroy both Lee, and Neji. Lee could win if he can go 6th Gate tho.

Bone armor is fine but I don't think they cover his chakra networks. Kimi can't make his skin into bone can he. Chakra network runs above the bone structure imo, otherwise no hyuga would be able to disable any of the ninja's chakra network if they were protected under the bones.

Chakra network is just below the skin. Kimimaro is able to make a bone layer right underneath his skin. No chance for the Gentle Fist to touch his chakra points.

He'd need to make a bone layer throughout his body to get full protection which would severely hamper his speed and movements or take a sever toll on his chakra to maintian that continuously and allow quick movement at the same time. Byakugan can easily detect the weak part of a structure and take advantage of that easily.
