The Yata Mirror while able to stop any spiritual or physical attack, would still lose in this regard since it isn't in concept an 'attack'.

Granted, I'm not even sure what would happen. So the Yata Mirror would be sealed away....big deal since Itachi could just make a new one with his Susano'o right? Unless the Totsuka sword's sealing Jutsu is so powerful just hitting the Susano'o would seal Itachi himself?

..So, to be frank. I have absolutely no idea.

If I recall correctly, the Totsuka blade has never been praised as being infallible while the Yata Mirror has, so the Yata Mirror blocks it.
