No, it's been established that Uchihas can use the Sharingan better than anybody else, esp. compared to Uchihas who are using their own Sharingan.

Uzumakis would have the advantage of being able to handle the Dojutsu and be able to amplify their Sharingan techniques somewhat better due to the fact that they have stronger chakra than anybody else aside from Uchihas, but that's basically it. They're still inferior compared to the Uchiha.

It's not wanking when I'm going with what's implied in the manga.

Uchihas naturally awaken their Sharingan and at least when using their own Sharingan, they're always going to be superior to one who is borrowing their eyes.

Uzumakis have the advantage compared to other individuals other than the Uchiha due to their potent chakra which enable them to resist the effects of the Sharingan and enables them to use Sharingan techniques on a higher level, but they're not comparable to an Uchiha unless that Uchiha is borrowing someone else's eyes.

They would be stuck at 2 tomoe if they're lucky to awaken the sharingan.
The sharingan is spiritual mental energy, the uzamaki would only be good to handle the toll of the sharingan then to use it well. They're better of with the rinnegan like Nagato.

Eh.... Kakashi wasnt stuck with 2 tomoe.. The only problem with that is the chakra in it will stay there and thus having no way to turn it off.

Also if were going with the route that Uzumaki's are truly a Senjus branch and not a distant distant cousin from Hamura's side, then no... they'd have rinnegan instead.

Since uzumaki have hella naturally hella big chakra pools and strong bodies to make up for it would they use it at the same rate as a regular uchiha (minus it constantly being active) or less than an uchiha but better than kakashi?

It'd be like having normal eyes for an uzumaki. Nagato easily handled the rinnegan which is more taxing than the sharingan quite easily and efficiently. Even Obito was not able to control both the rinnegans and had to go with just one.
