I Am Freaking Out! Upcoming Job Interview

This is the first job interview I had in months. Now, that I'm on break from college, it is time for me to get a job. But I am so nervous despite the fact that I went through this before with my last job. There's so much negativity in my mind right now. I'm scared of changing. I mean what if everything goes wrong? What if the manager doesn't like me?

I need help. I'm about to have a panic attack!

I have several interviews already in my life and most of them were most likely higher stress than the one you are about to go through. Remember, they have to hire someone. Stay calm, don't give any stupid answer, don't bad-mouth any former coworkers or bosses, and most of all be confident. The manager probably just wants to see that you aren't an idiot

Just do your research on the job and try attending mock job interviews at your university. If they don't have any, then do them yourself. Interviews can be stressful but don't worry too much. =D

Tell them what they want to hear and lie.

Also all the things you're worried about are "what if's", which is pointless and will just stress you out. Whatever is thrown your way, you can only deal with it till it's presented.
