Hanzo's not gonna risk using poison against Tobirama because Tobirama is definitely fast enough to rupture the venom sac, and that'll be immediately apparent

I can't see Tobirama getting caught in Deidara's explosions if Sasuke could avoid them

He has 3 ways to poison with each way being just as deadly as the last.

1. Giant Smoke cloud with a range of atleast 30+ meters
2. Fight with mask off and simply breathe and anything with in the area is poisoned
3. Fight with mask on and slightly open the sac in his side and spash the poison anywhere he pleases. The poison is liguid that turns into a huge Poison cloud with just the slightest of posion needed from his sac. This means he can fight close/far/mid and still poison you. All close combat equals death.

Tobirama can never defeat hanzo unless he has full knowledge with edos present. And even then he still loses more often then win.
