*He is Zorro's goal
*After defeating Pica he mentioned "I am still no where near him"
*Ruffy has defeated all Major shichibukai and the manga is at near climax (Yonkos are the villains) Meaning Mihawk is > some existing Yonko(being stored for later than them)

*Faught Vista with meh!
*Pitties akagami no shankusu now that he has 1 arm.

- Appointed Schichibukai being just an individual
- Rivaled Akagami for a long time
- Undisputed #1 Sword-master
- Doesn't give a f*** about WG
- Roams in the New-World alone

P.S. Just being Shanks' rival put him on the same tier, simply...
Shanks is a Sword-master, supposedly if Mihawk is better even by a hair-margin, he's #1...

Very few have this kind of logic

Was Mihawk holding back against Vista because he wasn't interested in fighting him? Or is observation haki makes Mihawk being easily readable in his moves for the likes like Vista?

don't see how, with his strongest slash being blocked by jouzo(which is not a bad thing but still), I really doubt it. Plus vista was able to keep up, I mean the admirals were man-handling WB commanders expect for marco and he kind of failed to do the same which is why I believe his portrayal in marineford wasn't equal to that of the three admirals(who can go toe to toe with a yonko)

I pretty much agree with this line of logic except I do think Mihawk could cut through Jozu use a melee haki imbued slash.

I get the feeling cutting diamond is what will put Zoro on par with Mihawk and that will signify he is ready to challenge him.

Any top tier can block or deflect the strongest attack of another. No top tier is gonna one-shot any other top tier. Even with their strongest attacks, it's gonna be one gradually wearing down the other to win. If Mihawk sent flurries of those and Jozu just stood there, his defenses would eventually fall and he'd succumb to the attacks' wear and tear.

-Mihawk rivaled Shanks. Its double standards to assume that Shanks got stronger over the years and not Mihawk.

-Everyone with is a sword is considered a swordsman. Even Bobbin(the bobble head Big Mom guy) is classified as a swordsman and that includes Shanks.

-Mihawk only cuts what he he wants to cut. The slash Jozu blocked was aimed at flesh so a man of diamond was able to stop it. Its similar to how Daz Bones, a man of steel, was able to block a rubber slash aimed at Luffy only to get one shotted a second later.

-There can be 100 people stronger than Mihawk but until someone actually defeats him, Miahwk will be known as the #1 swordsman. Its similar to WB's old nickname as WSM.

Jozu isn't a top tier. The attack didn't cut him because Mihawk most likely only put in the amount of force needed to cut through ice, wood, and flesh, not diamond.

I think post TS Mihawk would be Admiral Lvl

- Appointed Schichibukai being just an individual
Doesn't matter. Jimbei disbanded Sun Pirates when he became Shichibukai

- Rivaled Akagami for a long time
Moriah rivalled Kaido.

- Undisputed #1 Sword-master
Ok

- Doesn't give a f*** about WG
Nobody gives a f*** about WG. Luffy openly declared war on WG at Ennies Lobby, Punched a Celestial Dragon and Admiral.

- Roams in the New-World alone
It doesn't matter because Crocodile is roaming wit Mr1 now,
Jimbei is roaming alone,
Moriah has to roam alone after his crew was killed by kaido,
Kuma roams alone

P.S. Just being Shanks' rival put him on the same tier, simply...
No it doesn't. Do u think Moriah was Yonko tier because he was Kaido's rival?
