Alright I watched it. Apparently Arima just doesn't care who he is working for. He simply kills ghouls enjoys aspects of his life that one would find normal, and just doesn't care about the overall picture. Someone like Arima doesn't care about who he is working for what he is doing, or what effect it has on the world, he just does his job.

Someone like that is insanely pure tbh :| kinda makes sense why he is the white reaper now. He doesn't even see Ghouls as people, just targets.

Killing off someone like that would be kinda cruel, not saying that Ishida won't do it. But I think the better alternative would be Arima getting crippled ending his days as an investigator. That would finally give him the normal life he has always wanted

Hopefully Ishida isn't as predictable as that, killing the most powerful character just because he's that powerful and stands against the protagonist and all, though it will probably happen. I don't want Arima to die so I'm betting on Ken sparing his life, just like how Arima spared his.

Which makes it even more annoying because the plot armor of those two is getting ridiculous. Not only do they escape a fight with Arima unharmed they also indirectly kill him, lmao. They're not even remotely good characters, especially Yomo, but Ishida refuses to let anything happen to them, which I don't understand.

But I'll stop here since there's still a chance something happens to them while they're trying to escape, so I'm hoping Furuta really does pull through for me.

No Tokyo Ghoul. I haven't tried Re: Zero yet, and if u wanna get into TG the manga is best

But isn't eto point to break the balance between ghouls and humans..... its manga will parallel the original tokyo ghoul by having the ghoul's on top for a change,...... I agree Arima dies by kaneki's hands.

The CCG were never on top in the original TG. It's in :re that they visibly started to gain the upper hand.

There is probably going to be some parallel from their last fight. I don't think Arima will die soon, especially with his connections to V.

I beg to differ, I the original tokyo ghoul, the CcG was wrecking lifes, they killed hinami's mother, raid the tree twice killing or claim some powerful ghouls as weapons like jason, and they completely destroyed the manager yoshimura home and loved ones, I say they for the most were on top.

These examples are bad:

1. Hinami's mother - how was she even a threat? She was a non-fighter ghoul with a slightly above average Kagune. Any First Class investigator would've killed her, maybe even lower.

2. Jason - was basically killed by Kaneki, Suzuya just finished him off

3. As soon as Aogiri came in the CCG started losing badly. It was only after Arima arrived that they started gaining back their moral, not that Eto's main goal wasn't to retrieve her father.

- Their raid on Aogiri's HQ? Fail, as it was only a diversion, and Cochlea was breached.
- The final aftermath? Lots of CCG investigators dead or MIA, real One-Eyed Owl still free.

Don't see how that's them being on top.

Hmmmmm....... well if it doesn't contrast in the way, than re will probably for move ghouls stepping out of the shadows of being secretive and being more open about their nature like in the hbo series True blood...
