Gokage have no intel on how Powerful Hashirama really is. Though like when they fought Madara they assumed he was powerful based on reputation/legend/

I wish this fight would happen so that people would give Hashirama more respect. Literally no one on the Gokage side has a counter to Mokuton. Lava Release isn't really stopping the size of Hashirama's jutsus. And Hashirama's defense is beastly. Pretty sure he could just start dropping Rashomon gates on them.

I don't think they could produce a large amount of Jinton or Acid Mist needed to overcome Hashirama's constant large-scale Mokuton.
