I don´t know how you do it, but most of the time, my opinion differs from yours.
While I admit that OPM is getting repetitive, it is given by the nature of the story - I would expect a bit more of psychological theme by now (what does it mean to surpass everyone, not being to progress further? You will start losing motivation), but the author focuses on comedy. Not a bad comedy, though, so I still like it.
I have read Boku no Hero Academia and man, am I disappointed. It is like Naruto for younger readers, so maybe I have outgrown the targeted audience. "I will do it because that´s what hero does!". Bleurgh. Motivation is nowhere to be found, but I will do it because I will, great. I have to admit I dropped it after the latest arc, because it was getting too nonsensical for me. On the other hand, that froggie girl is amazing, villains are mediocre at best.
So for me, OPM takes this quite clearly.
