Well seeing as how One Piece seems to be dedicating itself to being the longest manga of all time, I would say it could go either way.

Well first of all they are from different universes which makes the comparison really difficult but i think Naruto>>Luffy. I mean till now we have seen WB as the strongest...it was because of his Gura-Gura ability that he was able to cause earthquakes and Tsunamis but in NV Naruto is able to use his tailed beast bombs and massive rasenshurikens, rasengans to cause explosions which are beyond the limit of OP chars.....i mean see this attack it is so huge you can see the earths curvature..............................

Also its the ninja techniques which make Naruto a more versatile fighter......he can equally fight multiple opponents.....i mean his latest powerups included universal understanding of all chakra natures and elements...so it enables him to use each and every element.....thus he can fight against every logia, paramecia and zoan type..plus he has tailed beasts chakra, summonings, tsb and what not......

Now you will say what about haki..no one in NV uses haki....conditions like those have to be neutralized for the comparisons to take place.......what can Luffy's King's haki do to the people in Nv is also not known....but i will still say that it will be a decisive factor..lets say it is like genjutsu.....but Naruto being a perfect jin can break out of most of the genjutsus except a few....like Infinite Tsukuyomi........though he is not able to use any genjutsus...so in that department Luffy will be ahead.......to sum it up i will say...

Techniques - Naruto
Speed - Can't say(However Naruto's shunshin and Luffy's top speed might be comparable )
Strength - Can't say
Haki/Genjutsu - Luffy
Stamina - Naruto(luffy is a beast but naruto can go on fighting for hours probably a day or 2)

Depends. Luffy's power is all about punching and kicking so unless he can achieve the power to nuke then can't be compared to Naruto who has nukes at his disposal

beach pls, sage mode is like 2nd gear and 3rd gear.. so far thats the only str he really have. thats why i really hate people comparing anime to anther anime, coz think about this, luffy always trains he gained his powers from training while naruto he gained his powers from someone for example minato,kurama rikudou, even though luffy wins his still the underdog

and correct me if i m wrong but anybody who has some type of powers(like orihime,chad,Uryu) can see/sense Shinigami in bleachverse. I remember Ichigo's friends were able to see Aizen in Fake Karakura town arc.

NV has some serious haxx on their side, I don't see Naruto even going to mid-diff...

Naruto has everyone beat in one piece in speed because of hiraishin. He is in the far upper end of the physical strength scale, and breaks the scale in ability strength due to island and nigh on continent busting attacks like tailed beast bombs. He also has six paths mode and has the truth seeking orbs which no one in one piece can avoid including logias as it could erase all matter associated with them at once. A single shadow clone is likely to take out most every one piece enemy by itself.

So on a percent scale he luffy wouldn't even be 10% of naruto.

Luffy can't beat a Yonko 1v1 XD He might defeat Kaido with a tag team...Luffy will and needs to get stronger if he wants to get One Piece...

Again, which rules apply? Bleach rules rules say those with no spiritual awareness can't see ghost. In OP, EVERYONE regardless of their spirituality can see DF ghosts. So.....does Bleach rules reign over OP or is it the other way around? So far, chakra doesn't exist in the OP verse so Naruto cant use any tricks or does its rules apply? Multi-verse VS topics are stupid beyond measure.
