Pretty sure that's how they work, they all get his body ready to use butterfly mode.

Oh , if thats the case neji easily blends into the location w/byakugan which i asume by default should be the SRA Forrest , then he blitz the FCK outa choji.

Yeah I agree Neji wins this too. Rotation stops most if not all of choji's attacks.
