Why didn't Lee fight Momoshiki? He's most likely at Gai's level during the Boruto movie. It would have been much easier to do that, than to read the title of the movie and take Boruto with them.

8G Gai distorting space is a combination of his speed and his technique, not just his speed. Without his technique, he wouldn't have distorted space.

He doesn't have this based on the fact that the fragments of Hagoromo's power were already stated to be the seals and Sasuke's chakra was already stated to be less than Kurama in both quantity and quality by Momoshiki & Kinshiki.

Without any doubt. He was making circles around Madara neither naruto or sasuke has shown that speed.

I am of course not counting Sasuke Ameno.

Gai striking speed is unsurpassed in whole manga .With Asakujaku he lands literally more than 50 punches in 2-3 seconds.

Also his speef bends space while performing night Gai.

He is surely faster
