Ice Sword was an attack that could follow you like daggers and almost stabbed a Base Naruto if he hadn't been saved and her main jutsu which was crazy OP and powerful. She is the current keeper of Hozuki Castle, bested Hokage Kakashi and apparently packs the power of a Kage level ninja. She also went toe to toe with the Raikage A and pushed him to his strongest attack before the match ended in a friendly tie.

How would she fare against these opponents from these details. Imagine Guren and Haku combined and made Kage level.

Kishimoto handed over the authority of 'canon'. It's entitled manga fans who feel the need to ruin the fun for themselves by invalidating stuff made for them. It's canon for sure, or at the very least Kishimoto doesn't actually care and considers it part of the Naruto 'verse'.

Im sure this is 99.999% Cannon bro. lol Like you said, based on the "fans" point of veiw and "rules", e personally made it just like the Baruto movie and book, so its Cannon unless he personally states otherwise. He wrote the manga, he wrote the book(s).

Kakashi just learned how to use Kamui at the Start of Part 2. He mastered it by the time of War Arc, when he was praised even by freaking Madara Uchiha for his dojutsu usage.

He lacked mastery over Kamui at the time and was in motion which makes Chakra Control even more difficult.

Rezzing this because I just finished the novel, and I think you exaggerated Kahyo's abilities.

Gai/Kakashi were escaping her ice daggers while crawling around in vents. Naruto wasn't really even concerned with trying to dodge her ice daggers since Sai was there to extract him, and I mean, I'm sure Naruto can move faster than Sai's Beast Imitating Art can, as can xD. Naruto was also trying to extract a target, not fight her.

It's outright stated that Ay wasn't going full throttle, even though he pulled out Lariat. D: It's not even stated that he went into V1. She bested Kakashi because she'd casted her jutsu on him a while before they had even had their fight. Granted, she has to have decent reflexes to dodge even a non-V2 Ay. I wouldn't put her at, say, War Arc Sakura level, though.

Earth Chains Ice seems to be a close-ranged jutsu even without physical contact since everyone on whom she casted it in the whole novel was within a few feet of her. Or else she would probably have used that to try to stop Naruto instead of the ice daggers. It also has a significant weakness; if there's no moisture in the air, she can't use it. Kind of implies that unlike Haku's KKG, her jutsu is more vulnerable to things like heat.

So with that in mind:

Hebi slaughters her. Didn't even need to really examine her feats to claim this; she's not reacting to his Shunshin and Katon deals with her Ice. He can just genjutsu her anyway. And with Sharingan, he shouldn't even fall for the ice jutsu (should be able to see the chakra).

MS Kakashi slaughters her for the same reasons as the above.

War Arc Neji's chakra control should be good enough to counter her main jutsu and still fight with Taijutsu. Theoretically, he should also be able to remove the effects of her jutsu with something like Kaiten.
