Here it says 'it's time to become one' one with who? One with kaguya, so definately madara share some powers with kaguya like IT etc immortality was also one of them

And here he says 'I am completely immortal, I will live forever' and we see sasuke saying he can achieve immortality with sharingan and rinnegan, that clearly shows you madara who has more knowledge/power/rinnegans and rinnesharingan is capable of being immortal
, madara who is waaaay more knowledgable and wiser than sasuke, if sasuke just by gaining rinnegan knows that, madara who awakened his some decades back should know that, + it IS mangafact he is immortal

And again hagoromo gave naruto and sasuke the seal to beat madara NOT kaguya as he does'nt know kaguya was gonna be brought back, and we see naruto telling madara right after madara stating he is immortal that he was'nt gonna defeat him alone, he was gonna defeat him with sasuke
