Since we saw vivi at the end of chapter 822. There's a possiblity of vivi meeting the strawhats again.

That being said, who do you think she will meet first? since they're split atm.

I would say she's most likely to have been invited to Big Mom's Tea Party, if there's any chance of her reuniting with them. Why was she invited? Who knows, Maybe Big Mom just likes Blue Hair.

idk about that, for all i know is that yonkou's only protecting the new world islands not from the grand line its probably another meeting from the world goverment that summit thing where other kings unites and stuff that being said, the sakura kingdom where chopper was born and the alabasta kingdom might have a alliance, this would be great if this happen since all the fans around the world is curious to what happen to alabasta and the drum kingdom/ sakura kingdom

I think it will be her and all the other member of prominent kingdoms that luffy has helped that will unite. I think they will end up uniting and perhaps planning to reform things in their own way.

No one. Vivi is going to the Reverie and the Reverie is always hosted in the Holy Land Mariejois on top of the Red Line, directly above FI. Meaning that to meet one of the Strawhats, one of them should return all the way back from where they came when they started their journey in the New World, which is highly doubtful. Unless they are going to host the Reverie somewhere else, but that too is highly doubtful as why would they? The only other option, is that Vivi herself ventures into the New World, but I don't really see a reason for her to do that.

It makes a lot more sense that someone watches the StrawHats' back. Someone gets intel of what's going on among Marines/World Government/Tenryuubito/Nobles. Vivi is more like an informant for StrawHats rather than just a nakama. The reunit thing at least must happen. It takes time.
