The Sharingan is a doujutsu/kekkei genkai, the Uchiha clan inherited it from the eldest son of the sage of the six paths. The word Sharingan means copy wheel eye.
The eyes are told to have originated from the Rennigan that the sage of the six paths possessed.
The Sharingan holds several powerful abilities that act as great tools for any of those who possess these mystical eyes. The more common ability of the Sharingan is it's ability to predict one's opponent's next move almost before they, themselvse could think of it. This gives the Uchihas the advantage point in being able to know what actions to take to counter. Another ability of the Sharingan, is to memorize a technique that the Uchiha have seen while the Sharingan is active, allowing them to copy it easily. The other ability of the Sharingan is to see the flow of chakra within Shinobi, which would allow them to notice if they were caught in a genjutsu and it would allow them to easily dispell the jutsu. The Sharingan dojutsu techniques are primarily based around genjutsu, allowing them to cast powerful illusions via eye contact alone, which is why most know not to look an Uchiha in the eye when fighting them. If an Uchiha is skilled enough, they have the ability to reverse cast a genjutsu.
The Sharingan has 3 stages, which can be noticed based on the number of tomoes on the Sharingan, first stage would have 1 tomoe, 2nd stage 2 tomoes, 3rd stage 3 tomoes. The next stage, in order to awaken, one must suffer a very tragic trauma, causing the Sharingan to evolve into Mangekyo Sharingan, which very few Uchihas were able to unlock, for example: Uchiha Itachi.
That's as far as i know about the sharingan, hopefully this is good enough.
1 tomoe sharingan can see through and break D rank genjutsu, also greater clarity in ones vision and being able to track 1.5x your base speed

"I absolutely hate traitors, they disgust me. Especially that rogue Itachi, he massacred his clan.. He killed everyone... He is one of the big reasons some people are alone now.. If only I knew where he hides.. I would beat the crap out of him before i kill him.. " Sear let's it all out. A tear comes down his cheek.

Korra manifests a torrent of snakes, which extend from her sleeve. Once extended the snakes bite into you to hold and bind them as Korra throws you around into trees and the ground repeatedly.

As Sear was wiping the tear of his cheek, snakes came out of his senseis sleeves and binded him, he tried to break free but couldn't..
All of a sudden, he was lifted and thrown around, hitting the ground and the trees around him back and forth. His whole body hurt.
He felt weak and unable to do anything like never before..

All of a sudden, Sear feels huge pressure pressing him from behind, he felt like his back was going to split in half, all he could feel after that was him flying in the air and falling in a water fall, after that everything went numb, and he could barely stay conscious. Luckily his Sensei was their to drag him to shore.
