First Lady is an unofficial title used for the wife or hostess of a non-monarchical head of state or chief executive, that is naruto, the hokage, the head, she is her wife and that makes her first lady. like Michelle Obama is first lady of USA. they dont really exactly have any kind of duties. THOUGH i THINK (im not sure) but Hinata is head of Hyuuga clan now, and she has to discuss all the matters and problems in clans, and maybe make sure that every low hyuuga get that seal that neji had on his head for some higher hyuuga, like hinata was though i hope they abolished that rule now.
