I was saying they were good in terms of writing quality, though I didn't use that word not the best. Writing quality isn't debatable though .

Obito is a bad character but it doesn't mean I distaste it. He says it's the best meaning he speaking objectively. Everyone hate danzo but he's one of the best written character. Do I like danzo hell no. learn the difference.

Like is a tricky word when we're talking about villains. Do you like them in that you like their character, or do you like them in that you would support what they do? In terms of villains, it usually means the first one, that you like the way the character is written.

I can want a villain to die in horrible flaming agony, but that doesn't mean i dislike their character.

Good writing is defined by jwhat a writer intends to do with his story and judging how well he does it.

Dragonball isn't a deep story its about martial arts and action nothing else. All that other shit gets the backseat

The internal conflicts depth ect of Characters not being the focus of the series is intentional because that's not what is the focus. There is depth by the way just bot much of it

Dragonball plot is basic and simple bad guy shows up good guys stop him. Its a action manga with a classic good vs evil plot. Everything g else besides that takes a backseat meaning it's either not there at all or in small doses

All Dragonball villains are supposed to be intimidating and start the plot into action with their motives. That's it. It's basic and simple which is nearly impossible to **** up and it wasn't ****ed up it was done perfectly. They did what the writer intended to do and as such it's written well. Therefore they are well written. Villians.

None of the characters ever had much depth though they had it That stuff about the fights is nothing more than a personal gripe you have. King piccolo was a s generic as villians come he wanted to take over the world and no explanation was given because that was the focus the series has always been this way. He had no philosophy.
