It looks fine to me, Sasuke looks cooler imo I thought he looked too bland in the Boruto movie now he looks like he has more personality to his design and he don't look ugly he look like a handsome guy idk what you're talking about you're just not used to seeing them with this new art which tries too look more realistic and less anime.

From that screen shot I have seen I have to say I don't like, but to be fair the resolution was pretty bad, maybe it will grow on me but I still think Kishi's style will always be the best XD
