What makes Limbo so OP'd is that non Rikudou users can't sense, smell, touch or see it. Its an invisible clone. Thats OP'd man.

Limbo is just a clone from "another" world used by Madara, and it is NOT actually called dimension to be exact.

I'd say Chibaku Tensei. It can create a damn moon, or rain meteors on people; either can wipe out an army. It defeated Kaguya twice.

Limbo is OP. But the strongest like damage wise is Chibaku Tensei. Or maybe the Super Almighty Push that destroyed the Leaf.

Chibaku Tensei can be used with Shinra Tensei to rain meteors that RSM Naruto and Rikudo Sasuke barely managed to handle.
