Taijutsu only? I could see Neji beating the Sound 4 high diff with these conditions. Jirobo is more of a brawler, which gets him trolled by gentle fist, Sakon can probably do some damage with Ukon's appendages sprouting from his body, which Neji obviously wouldnt be able to predict, but rotation gg. Kidomaru and Tayuya arent taijutsu types at all so they wont do much at all.

Tayuya is a genjutu type and is also not a hand to hand fighter, she gets negged.

And, he finishes off Sakon and Ukon with low difficulty. Even with their Ninjutsu he would beat them both Mid-Difficulty.
