Could Madara and Kaguya time travel?

Hagoromo and Hamura did, in a way or another, travel through time. I'm referring to the moment in which Rikudo Sennin met Naruto and Sasuke in order to empower them, and to the moment Hamura met Hinata in The Last.

Now, since Kaguya is the mother of all chakra and she's way more powerful than Hagoromo and Hamura, she shouldn't have much troubles travelling through time.. right?

And the Sage of the Six Paths stated Madara as approaching his and his mother's level. And this before his (Madara's) final power up with the Shinju. So then, is there a chance he can move through time too?

They didn't time travel, I think one of the potential abilities of dojutsu is to see through time because space and time are linked and so far we've seen dojutsu being able to see through space like it was nothing, I think Hagoromo was able to see into the future since he knew of the child of prophecy.

To actually answer the question. Yes. Kaguya should be capable of what Hago did but she lacks brains, foresight and humility.
