The only person Naruto won over to his side was Obito. Itachi soloed the rest himself. Itachi was born before Naruto, saved Konoha, protected Konoha from Akatsuki, and Akatsuki couldnt take Naruto earlier as they had to wait for Itachi to die, drove Sasuke to become strong while Sasuke inspired Naruto to improve also as Naruto kept trying to catch up.
Itachi made Sasuke change his mind because Itachi's love, pain and suffering was greater than that of Sasuke and Naruto.
Summary: Itachi saved Sasuke who saved Orochimaru who resurrected the dead Kages and saved the dying ones who were helpful in the war. Sasuke saved what was left of the shinobi which is why shinobi won.
Conclusion: Itachi is the solo king
