Sasuke got stabbed by like 8 shurikens and he removed them like it's nothing.

As we can see here Sasuke had to remove the shurikens from Sakura and she is in pain just look how her hand is on her upper arm and she looks really weak.

I guess this is enough evidence that Sasuke indeed has Hashirama's healing ability, It's obvious:

If you disagree please post something that makes sense.

Shuriken and tiny knives have never needed extensive healing. They're not meant to do much damage.

I don't think it's equal (at all) to Hashirama's healing, seeing as he did it without seals - or fuinjutsu. Basically Tsunade created her technique to replicate it, but it's still a lesser form of the original. Given that it requires storing chakra and releasing it consciously.

If he did, you're the first person he would cure.

Then why Sakura was struggling with them?

Because getting stabbed ****ing hurts. But it doesn't require the most advanced medical ninjutsu in the world to heal.

That's pretty much the theme of the Sannin. They all replicated their version of SM because none of them could master it.

Does Hashi have celluar regeneration? And could you provide some type of evidence that states Byakugo is a water down technique of Hashi's healing factor.

Side note: The difference is that Hashi as a healing factor that derives from his genetics while Tsunade & Sakura have REGENRATION.
