I don't see Sakura and Tsunade as equals bruh. lol besides that good list, but Itachi isn't over Jman or equal to prime MS Kakashi and 7th gate guy and tobirama. The latter are above him imo.

OP said to disinclude Naruto and Sasuke, which was fine with me since they're awfully overpowered and lame. You think Tsunade is superior to Sakura or vice versa? They're relatively the same imo. Disagree with Itachi, I should of specified a hypothetical healthy Itachi. Sick Itachi belongs a tier below, I agree.
