You do realize it just creates more cells to replace the dead ones. A process that happens naturally but at a much slower rate. Inevitably, it can only happen so many times so it does indeed shorten your natural lifespan. Yeah 8 gates guy is the fastest in NV cause not only he can move fast but can punch and kick with tremendous speed that what caused such force winds. well never seen sasuke or naruto or anyone cause such force with punching without contact.
