Useless Bijuudama explosions do not dig into the ground at all. Multiple ways to get past a v2 cloak Manda II being the first and easiest option.

Fight is at chunin exams so Muki Tensei isnt possible because of location.

Intel is full so Bone forest can be destroyed physically with Bijuudama which is not going to explode. Bone forest isn´t killing Hachibi.

The ground is rock and that's enough to do that. Bone forest doesn't have to kill him do deal him heavy damage.

The cloak is strong af. KN6 Naruto tanked a bijuu Dama with no damage how does Kabuto get around it and what is Manda going to do? I'm pretty sure the Hachibi's power is enough to beat that snake or bee could use a strategy.
